Lucien Chapon, well known researcher in
the field of brewing, has made an essential contribution to the development of the
TANNOMETER. Since the early sixties he has
devoted himself to the study of beer phenolics. During this period of research he has
published many original papers on the kinetics of haze formation and the constituents of
beer related to the colloidal stability. |
