Analyser instrument TANNOMETER

Nephelometer for the determination of phenolic substances in beer, wine, fruit juices and plant extracts.

The Tannometer is equipped with a temperature controlled measuring chamber and a micro dosing device. The evaluation is made by means of an integrated four-colour plotter or by means of the software TannoLab 2.0 (for Windows 98 / NT / 2000 / ME / XP) available as option.

Integrated automatic modes:

  • tannoids
  • alcohol-chill test (MEBAK*-method 2.19.2.3)
  • reducing substances (according to MEBAK* and Prof. Chapon)
  • sensitive proteins
  • ammonium sulphate precipitation limit (MEBAK*-method 2.19.2.5)

*MEBAK, Middle Euopean Analysing Commission for Brewing Technologies (similar to EBC)
